What Can I Expect at our Initial Session?
After your initial enquiry our first session will give us both a chance to meet up and get a sense of whether we are able to work together. Once I have asked you some background questions around your presenting issues, you will have a chance to ask me any questions or areas of concern surrounding our future sessions together.
What Happens after the Initial Session?
We can agree to meet for a six week period. After the six weeks we can evaluate your current needs and agree to an extended time period thereafer.
Will My Sessions be held in Strictest Confidence?
As a practicing counselling psychotherapist I am committed to Continued Professional Development and attend regular Supervision. I follow the Code of Ethics as set out by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling Psychotherapy (BACP). All therapeutic sessions are held in strictest confidence.

Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm
Based at Longcroft House my practice is:- 5 mins walk from Liverpool Street Bishopsgate exit
Monday - Friday: 9am - 4pm
Monday-Thursday 6pm - 9pm
Saturday/Sunday Practice: 9am - 1pm
My St. Albans practice is situated 5 mins walk from St. Albans City Station.
For those individuals with busy schedules I am available to consult via Skype upon request.
Confirmation of Initial Consultation
Once a booking has been made I will send you an email confirmation including logistical location.
City: £80.00 Individuals £100.00 Couples
St. Albans: £65.00 Individuals £85.00 Couples
Skype sessions: £50.00
Appointments are not refundable in any circumstances. If cancelled with more than 48 hours notice they may be rearranged at a mutually convenient time at no extra charge.
